OUR SERVICES: M4-C’s examination and certification process is in full compliance with all State guidelines.   We will: Obtain necessary medical records from your other physicians Provide a consultation with a licensed physician or appropriate medical personnel in our office or, if necessary, in the privacy of your own home or business Provide a signed Physician’s Certification Form, if you qualify* *A Physician's Certification is required to obtain   a permit to utilize medical marijuana legally,   in Michigan.
